Dukes Co-Counsel Appointed to Bench
Gov. Jerry Brown announced today the appointment of The Impact Fund’s Brad Seligman to the Alameda County Superior Court bench. Prior to his appointment, Seligman was ERA’s co-counsel in the blockbuster Dukes v. Wal-Mart sex discrimination case, in which ERA and The Impact Fund are fighting for justice for Wal-Mart’s women workers.
