EEOC, Other Amici Push 9th Circuit to Rethink Equal Pay Ruling

Law360 covered ERA’ filing of an amicus brief asking the Ninth Circuit to reconsider Aileen Rizo’s equal pay case. Rizo was paid less than male coworkers doing equal work simply because she earned less in her previous job.
