Your inquiry to ERA is confidential. ERA’s legal expertise pertains to issues relating to sex discrimination and family medical leave issues in employment and education. This may include inquiries about discriminatory or unfair treatment because of your sex, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, problems accessing medical/family leave and benefits, other pregnancy-related issues, and other issues relating to unfair discriminatory treatment at work or in an education setting because of sex or gender identity or retaliation because you complained of this treatment. If your problem does not relate to these issues an issue involving sex discrimination, ERA may not be able to advise you with regard to your problem and will instead direct you to another resource.
