ERA’s legal expertise pertains to issues relating to sex discrimination in employment and education. This may include inquiries about discriminatory or unfair treatment because of your sex, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, problems accessing medical/family leave and benefits, other pregnancy-related issues, and other issues relating to discriminatory treatment at work or in an education setting because of sex or gender identity. If your problem does not relate to an issue involving sex discrimination at work or at school, or to a family/medical leave issue, ERA will not be able to respond to your inquiry or advise you with regard to your problem.
