More on ERA’s Investigation of 116 Bay Area Schools Following Troubling Report of Ignorance of Title IX

In late 2012, ERA launched an investigation of Bay Area elementary, middle and high schools to determine whether the schools are complying with Title IX’s mandate to prevent and remedy sex discrimination in schools. The investigation is being watched closely by advocates and educators across the country.
