The United States Supreme Court granted certiorari to four sexual harassment cases in 1998. The Court had only decided two sexual harassment cases in its history, the last being in 1991. This unprecedented attention of the court to sexual harassment cases led Equal Rights Advocates to organize a series of briefings on these cases and the legal questions that they address.
