Op-Ed: Stop relying on prior pay in setting salaries

Executive Director Noreen Farrell wrote an op-ed for The San Francisco Chronicle on Assembly Bill 1676, which would prohibit employers from asking about prior salary during the hiring process. Farrell argues that using prior salary information to determine employee pay perpetuates the gender wage gap.
