Pregnancy Discrimination Charge Filed Against Olive Garden

Equal Rights Advocates client Courtnee Dean was illegally fired from her Philadelphia Olive Garden after reporting to her supervisor that she was pregnant. On behalf of Courtnee, ERA filed a charge against Darden Inc., Olive Garden’s parent corporation, with the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee. Courtnee’s story is featured on Think Progress today, as well as in Philadelphia Magazine.
