Join us on April 18 in San Francisco for a screening of My NDA, a documentary investigating the hidden power of non-disclosure agreements and the culture of silence they can enforce.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A moderated by ERA Policy Director Jessica Ramey Stender with the film participants and directors, including Ifeoma Ozoma, addressing the harm of NDAs and necessary policy responses like California’s NDA law, which ERA helped pass, other reforms.
