Special episode: Tradeswomen

“The amount of confidence I’ve gained being a tradeswoman is huge.”

In this episode, 9 tradeswomen share how they’re being impacted by Trump administration policy changes undoing decades of progress that have made skilled trades more accessible and equitable for women. These trade jobs are high-paid, union-protected, and often feature full benefits and don’t require taking out college loans, resulting in sustainable careers for many.

The women share how they got their jobs, their experiences on job sites, and the community they’ve built together.
