Countless Californians depend on our Civil Rights Department (CRD) to resolve widespread, discriminatory workplace & housing practices.

Our Stronger CA priority bill SB 1022 will enable CRD to more effectively enforce California’s civil rights laws on behalf of workers and residents who have experienced systemic discrimination.

Now the bill goes to Governor Newsom to be signed into law!We thank CA Senator Nancy Skinner for her leadership & our bill co-sponsors Legal Aid at Work & Equality CA.
