Jennifer Schwartz has been on ERA’s Board since 2022. She serves on ERA’s Executive Committee, and Chairs the Litigation Committee. Ms. Schwartz is Of Counsel with the highly regarded San Francisco plaintiff side employment firm, Rudy, Exerod, Zieff & Lowe (“REZL”), where she represents employees exclusively in a wide range of employment matters, including litigation in state and federal trial courts, before administrative agencies, and in appellate courts. Ms. Schwartz has been repeatedly nominated by her peers as a Super Lawyer and has been named a Top Woman Attorney in Northern California.

Over many years, Ms. Schwartz has been deeply involved in her local and broader communities through work with organizations devoted to the protection of individual rights.  In addition to serving on ERA’s Board, she serves on the Board of Legal Aid of Marin.  She has been a member of the National Employment Lawyer’s Association, the California Employment Lawyer’s Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.  She is a long time member of the Marin Trial Lawyers Association and served as that organization’s President for a one year term.  Ms. Schwartz is a graduate of Yale University and N.Y.U. School of Law, having completed her third year at Stanford School of Law.

Ms. Schwartz’s employment practice focuses on claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and violation of state and federal wage and hour laws. She represents whistleblowers and individuals who have experienced adverse employment action as a result of opposing illegal or unethical corporate practices.
