Donate to Equal Pay Today

Thank you for supporting Equal Rights Advocates, Chair of the Equal Pay Today campaign!

Our innovative collaboration of national, regional, and state-based women’s legal advocacy, worker justice groups, and social justice organizations are changing conversations about equal pay at every opportunity. For too long, part-time and seasonal workers have been excluded from the conversation about equal pay, creating an inaccurate picture of how dire the situation is– especially for women of color. As of 2022, the pay data our coalition collects now includes part-time, seasonal, and gig workers.

How will your donation support equal pay for women and people of color? By funding programs that:

  • Lead advocacy on legislation to end pay discrimination, such as Pay Transparency for Pay Equity
  • Fight contributors to the wage gap: occupational segregation, an unlivable minimum wage, lack of corporate transparency and accountability, and more
  • Raise national awareness on Equal Pay Days throughout the year for AANHPI, Black, Native & Indigenous, Latinx, Moms, as well as LGBTQIA+ Equal Pay Awareness Day

Together, we can create an equitable world that pays women what we’re worth!
