Take action with us on March 12 for Equal Pay Day, to help close the gender and racial wage gap.

According to the latest Census data, women earn only 84 cents for every $1 earned by men in full-time, year-round positions. All earning women (including part-time, full-time, part-year) earn only 78 cents for every $1 earned by men.

Join us for a social media storm at 11:00 a.m. PT/2:00 p.m. ET on March 12 to raise awareness about the persistent and damaging pay gap. It’s easy to participate: just head to our toolkit and post ready-made content to your social media channels.
