CARE-UP: Launching in 2027!
Working caregivers, especially mothers, face workplace barriers like lower pay, reduced hiring and promotion opportunities, and biased performance assumptions. CARE-UP will be a trusted, advocate-informed AI system, developed in collaboration with hundreds of gender justice organizations and AI-bias testing. CARE-UP scales support to millions of women workers (from thousands) with tools to help them navigate their needs and connect them with resources to improve hiring, pay, and promotion outcomes.
