WATCH: Lilly Ledbetter, EEOC, and Equal Pay Today celebrate 15 years of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act

On January 25, 2024, we celebrated the 15th anniversary of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, the first piece of legislation signed into law by President Obama in 2009. We were joined by the fair pay icon herself, Lilly Ledbetter, as well as EEOC leaders, and Equal Pay Today partners from across the country, for a powerful conversation about the past, present, and future of the fair pay movement in the United States, and what changes are still needed to achieve equal pay for all women. The anniversary itself is January 29.
