Executive Director Noreen Farrell is featured in a New Mexico Political Report article about the future of abortion access following the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
“The fiction that this goes back to state’s rights becomes more evident day by day,” Noreen Farrell, civil rights attorney and executive director of the nonprofit Equal Rights Advocates, said.
Farrell told NM Political Report that there is a national anti-abortion movement trying to influence state elections and ballot measures largely through funding coming from out-of-state sources.
