U.C. Berkeley 2025 Conference on Gender Discrimination and Harassment Law

ERA is proud to partner with U.C. Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law for the 6th annual Conference on Gender Discrimination and Harassment Law, “New Developments in Gender Discrimination and Harassment Law in California, the United States, and Beyond.”

The conference will take place at Berkeley Law and online via Zoom on January 23 and 24.

ERA attorneys Maha Ibrahim, Jessica Ramey Stender, and Kel O’Hara will speak on the following panels:

• Trauma Informed Lawyering: Investigations and Litigation as a Trauma-Inducing Process (Jan. 23, 3:00 p.m. PT)
• Intersectionality and Sexual Harassment (Jan. 4, 8:30 a.m. PT)
