You should get to know her because:
- Maria oversees ERA’s finance, accounting, organizational operations, and HR administration. Prior to this role, Maria held the roles of Chief Finance Officer (CFO) or Chief Operations Officer (COO) for several non-profit and not-for-profit organizations in the SF Bay Area: Youth Leadership Institute, Pacific News Service, and ELM Resources, Inc.
- Before moving to San Francisco in 2005, Maria was a Vice President with JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) for 17 years in a variety of global strategic leadership roles for a number of divisions including Education Finance, Retail Banking, Treasury Services, Private Banking, and Corporate Treasury.
Alumna of:
- Maria earned her M.B.A. degree from Columbia University after being awarded the prestigious Roger F. Murray Fellowship in Finance.
Outside of work:
- Maria loves traveling, anything to do with animals (even the ones that will eat us), and downhill snow skiing.
