The Voter Guide to Equal Pay

Let’s vote like our lives depend on it. Because they do.

As recent elections have shown, women — particularly women of color — can make or break elections. We need candidates to tell us what they’ve done to deserve our votes, and what they’ll do next.

Join the Equal Rights Action Team email list today to receive voter guides with questions you can ask those seeking your vote.

Women, students and workers across genders, and families have made it very clear what we need from Washington and state lawmakers to get back on our feet with a fair shot. But little progress has been made toward alleviating unfair, disproportionate job instability and financial insecurity for hardworking Black and Latinx families. At least 50% are currently unsure they’ll be able to pay their bills at the end of the month, according to our national survey. View survey results in our Family Voices Amplified report.
