Women’s Equality Day: Fighting The Bias Against Moms at Work

For Women’s Equality Day, our Executive Director, Noreen Farrell, will be joining a powerful panel of women who are leading the conversation around how moms experience the working world. In the panel discussion, they’ll look at the barriers and biases that work against the professional success of moms at all levels and in all industries. They’ll talk through some of the efforts currently underway to improve conditions for the current and future generations of working moms — and what every individual mom can do to advance her own career as it intersects with motherhood. Attendees will also have a chance to connect in smaller groups for some personal support and networking.
