AP: EEOC chief shifts focus to investigating DEI but the methods provoke an outcry

April 3. 2025

Executive Director Noreen Farrell is featured in an Associated Press article about EEOC Acting Chief Andrea Lucas’s recent actions attacking DEI programs in workplaces. The article was syndicated 200+ times —including by PBS, The Daily Mail, NPR, Los Angeles Daily News, and Newsday— in nearly every state in the country, reaching a broad audience with this important information.
