Berkeley Law Conference: Sexual Harassment in Education

Online Event

Register & Learn More

ERA’s Noreen Farrell, Maha Ibrahim, and Brenda Adams will speak at the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law’s annual CLE conference, with Executive Director Noreen Farrell featured in the keynote discussion on Jan. 30.

This year’s conference focuses on Sexual Harassment in Education. The conference will discuss timely issues ranging from understanding intersectionality and Title IX changes to discussing free speech in terms of harassment and First Amendment rights.

Because we are partnering with the Center, ERA supporters may register at the discounted rate reserved for Berkeley graduates. Normally, the two-day conference costs $250 and a single day costs $150 but with this rate you can attend for $175 for both days or $100 for one day.

In addition, the conference provides 12 hours of California MCLE credit, helpful if you need credits before January 31, 2021. This includes 1 hour of elimination of bias credit.
