A Ms. Magazine article features a republication of ERA’s co-authored joint explainer about the threat posed to workers by a Justice Department’s Office for Legal Counsel opinion that argues longstanding interpretations of “disparate impact” under Title VII are unconstitutional.

The explainer was co-authored by American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), Democracy Forward, LatinoJustice PRLDEF, the Legal Defense Fund (LDF), and National Women’s Law Center (NWLC).
