The Hill op-ed: Accelerating wage justice on Black Women’s Equal Pay Day

ERA Executive Director Noreen Farrell coauthored an op-ed for The Hill with Cassandra Welchlin, Executive Director of the Mississippi Black Women’s Roundtable. The op-ed, “Accelerating wage justice on Black Women’s Equal Pay Day,” discusses sources of the wage gap and economic inequality for Black women, progress that’s been made in recent years, and how policy makers, advocates, and community members can take action to help close gender and racial wage gaps.
